Because some schools have 20-some sororities. So that would take over 3 weeks! That would be ridiculous. No rushee would want to go through that.
I don't think it needs to improve. What we do works for us.
We don't tell your group or other non-NPC groups that their rush or anything else they do "needs to improve".
