200 girls! Wow. That's lie all the sororites on my campus at once! lol.
I would suggest an activity like roller-skating or mini golf. with mini golf you could put the groups into teams that mix the sororities so they can get to know eachother. Anything that requires a game and team formation will unite girls from different chapters.
