Yeah, I read the Vanity Fair article on this a couple of months ago. Apparently Roy Disney and his cohorts are extremely influential in the company. The irony is that Disney has been highly profitable under Michael Eisner's control but he is still highly criticized for changes to the brand image, loss of company focus, and of course, being a major a__hole.
