The 411 operator I just spoke to.

I called seeking the number to Kaiser Hospital OB/GYN dept. After going through the automated system, an operator came on and asked which specific department I needed. I told her "O-B-G-Y-N" So she searched and I waited. After a brief silence she says slowly "Ok, I have ob-tech-tricks and jean-kol-co-gy" .

Umm.... Why are you a 411 operator if you can't pronounce words? Get a da** dictionary!
