That depends on what part of Switzerland you are talking about. The French speaking portion is vastly different than the German speaking portion.
And it's Schweizer Deutsch(or Schwyzertüütsch or Züritüütsch). Schweitzer is a person...the nationality/language spelling is Schweiz (no T). I was a German teacher.
