appetizer - TGI Fridays potato skins with chedder and bacon bits
entree - BBQ Ribs with mashed potatoes
dessert - not a big dessert fan, but maybe ice cream
drink - strawberry margarita, but since alcohol wouldn't be allowed, how about Mountain Dew
