HC my one year anniversary at my job is tommorrow
HC I got my review today
HC it wasn't good,but it wasn't bad
HC a 2% cost-of-living raise
HC I should be grateful because technically I'm not suppose to get one
HC that because I still on provisional status
HC still after a year
HC it's because of my phone conduct
HC most of the time I answer the phone well
HC they are still keeping on provisional status because of the calls where the people are difficult
HC it get even better
HC they are givng me 90 days to have outstanding customer service phone skills
HC it gets even better still
HC if I don't show any improvement, they are going to fire me
HC we've had this conversation right when I started and I worked hard because I needed this job
HC this time, I don't think I care enough to be nice to people who have attitudes and take it out on me
HC the thought of potentially being fired doesn't scare me
HC I don't really care about the job
HC I do think it's all bs because there are people who answer the phone worse then me
HC it's all good
HC this is get enough motativation for me to start looking for a new job so I can have a decent reference
