When people pronounce the letter "R" with an extra syllable on purpose. As in stressing an extra syllable.
i.e R-ra. I thought the letter was "R"
ETA: I say R-ra only when I'm joking about R.Kelly and children fetish. However in serious conversations I will not spell "run" with "R-ra", "U", "N" .
