I love how it does conversations. I'm the recorder for my alum chapter and just sent out an email asking everyone to update their bio with me. I've started getting mails back and it saves them all under one heading. I open it and it has little file tabs for each message (or I can just open 'em all up).
It makes hotmail look silly.

My favorite thing is how it has labels rather than folders - because I have so many emails that go under both "Gamma Phi" and "Amanda" or "Bills" and "Family" or whatever, it's nice to be able to track.
