It's kind of like Dell. If you call in with a customer service problem, the rep. can give you up to $150 worth of products from Dell. I am fomrer AOL employee too and i think i am going to try to get saves to get me 2 free months by trying to quit. I know there tactives i use tow ork in billing......

i just g ot a dell at chrismtas time and i got the free 6 months a nd so it ends onthe 28th i just dont like $23 a month so i might either quiet them or reduce down to the other price plans. has anyone tried People PC?
