Another time before that was when we got our pledge buttons. We were a colony, so that's what everyone wore, so it was like from then on, unless we fucked up totally and turned into a dick, we were brothers. Not really offically, and not according to our Marshal (at least at the time anyway) but looking back, that was the (tied for) second proudest day of my life. The other second was when we got iniatated and when we got installed. I am a Founding Father of Iota Zeta Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, for those of you who don't know me.
