I'm usually a fan of sarcasm and quick wit in others, but not when someone goes too far to impress me with it, especially when we don't know each other. Last weekend I tried to strike up a convo with one of my mom's co-workers. I couldn't carry on a good convo with her because she had a smart-alecky reply to everything I said. I don't know it's because she's a bitch or have ZERO social skills or both.

Oh god, my current director at work is just like this. He always answers everything with a sarcastic remark and instead of getting to the point talks in circles or answers everything statistically or by "what the numbers say". It is so annoying. That is why I am really excited I spent most of my days in the field and not in the office.
