While I understand what y'all are saying, I sincerely doubt that I would refer to Monica as "mature" or even a "consenting adult" in this situation. One only has to listen to the tapes that Linda Tripp made to realize that she was very little more than an emotional highschooler at the time of her affair with President Clinton.

Those who work, or have worked, in DC know that the greatest aphrodisiac in DC is power. Monica "fell in love" (her words) for the biggest provider of power in DC, and in return, will probably never be able to date someone "normal" again.
