I'm just a bit curious how one would happen to know enough about other GLO's membership selection procedure to be able to create a program that could be used so universally.
I could see doing something that could apply to other chapters of your own organization maybe... but to all GLO's? I'm a bit skeptical. Or maybe I'm just naive enough to believe that we all actually do have different processes.
