You know what? Yes you were effected if you lived outside those areas, but you didn't experience it. You can sympathize but not empathise. You can feel sorry for soemone with cancer, you can cringe when someone is beheaded, but that is different from having cancer or having your wife beheaded. Now if you take that experience and go around saying 9-11 changed your life after living in a country that didn't experience it, then what?? SOOOOO WHAT? There was more security, you might have known someone there, but again you were not there...you were not American...you were not the target.
RACooper you never make sense. You can talk all you want but Canada is not a terrorist target and hasn't experience terrorism that the US has experienced. You keep talking but never walking. At the end of the day you are Canadian - enjoy your country's B-status and don't think you can tell our A-country what we can and should do.
