Screw them and their "rights". Terrorists are living outside the social contract with society. If they do not respect the rights of other individuals ot life, liberty, etc... they deserve the same in return. Such is the way of war.
If a contracter killed a terrorist, I fail to see the big deal. They're beheading our civilians.

I don't know it sounds to me like this social misanthrope was allowed to act as judge, jury, and ultimatley executioner... against a man that was SUSPECTED of firing on coalition forces in Afghanistan. This "terrorist" then turned himself in at the front gate of the compound in order to clear his name, only to be degraded, beaten and killed... gald to see that we are holding ourselves to our own moral standards
