Hi Girls -- All I did to become moderator of the AXO site was to email John and say "hey - I'd like to be the AXO forum moderator" -- then he emailed back "OK" and that was that.
I know from talking to others that he has been really busy and not answering emails immediately. I would say to keep trying and just say "look - the others have moderators and there is a potential problem out there" (and if you don't know what Screen Name I'm referring to, email me).
Plus you've already seen on your own forum that some new members may not realize that a lot of info is esoteric. This happens often - we had one girl who didn't realize that ceremonies were esoteric and she would talk to her rush pals about it and then we'd have to be like "uhh, that's secret info" or whatever until we finally passed a rule - if its not discussed by sisters in public, don't discuss it yourself. Anyway, my point is that a moderator of this site could immediately erase any private info without having to wait for the sister to realize it and edit it herself. And you can have more than one moderator...I think you can have up to 4 (which may be pushing it on a smaller forum) but still 2 would be good to talk about any questionable posts and what to do.
