I have FIRST HAND experience with this!!!! (We had a CCD come in, who was from a recently chartered chapter) We had been doing some things a bit differently (just different because we have a smaller chapter, and it worked better for us)

She wanted us to do things HER way, when in reality, the things didn't work for our chapter.

So, I would suggest that you approach the women and say, upfront "I want to help you, in any way possible, Please don't think I want to come in and change everything for you women. I want to do whatever I can to help you to be as strong of a chapter as I know you can be" and so on.

Just try to be as willing as possibly to be flexible with your ideas, and to incorporate their chapter ways with maybe more "efficient" ways.

I hope that helps a bit?
