Lifesaver is absolutely correct. Go to the chapter. No one likes to hear of things second hand and it will cause more resentment if that chapter is 'told' by the GA than if they hear your concerns directly. I agree that this situation and how you handle it is applicable to future work-related conflicts. In the work place, you are always supposed to go directly to that person... if you go to the supervisor, the first question is 'what did she say when you asked her about it?' if you haven't gone to that person first, you'll be told to do so.
If the picture has other women in it, it it entirely possible that the webmaster didn't know that the member in the pic is a rush counselor. That could be an innocent error. Regarding the scholarship claim, check with your chapter president or scholarship officer befoe you confront them. It is entirely possible that the grade reports are out but unless you ARE the officer in charge of it, you won't have seen it. I have already received a lot of scholarship reports from spring semester already.
