Yeah, the lady at the Red Cross last night wasn't very nice. I know not everyone can be a "people person" but it seems like when you work in a job like that where so many people are nervous you would make an effort to be nice and not to just yank the needle out, etc. Don't get me wrong, I am very thankful for the Red Cross workers, but service with a smile would be nice.
