I wouldn't worry. The virus travels via bluetooth. If your phone doesn't have bluetooth, you're safe. Bluetooth has a transmission range of 30 feet, so unless you're within 30 feet of someone who has a phone that's infected (and you have bluetooth as well) you're safe.
It's pretty simple to avoid -- just turn bluetooth off or set it to prompt you before receiving incoming files.
