Not necessarily. U of M-Dearborn is a small, all-commuter campus. They opened a new building which houses the majority of the students' programs. Add those students, plus students from the other programs who want to park by there because the University Center is there, plus all the extra students they let in when they opened that building.... all that equals up to driving around for 40 minutes waiting for a spot because there are about 20 other cars looking for spots too. We don't pay for parking tho thank god. I think it's ridiculous that some commuter campuses you have to pay!
