I was shocked and sadden to hear he had passed away. A few weeks ago, he had canceled a few shows.
I really wasn't a "fan", but I do realize he was an icon in the music industry.
I didn't know he was a former heroin addict. My mother says she remembers that, but I was like
. Not to be funny, but how does a blind man "shoot up"? My mother said, "when you have money, you can do anything".
The Lord works mysteriously. His movie will be released later this year. I'm glad he was able to take part in its creation and to give Jamie Foxx direction needed for the role.
