Randomly, I was told the summer before I went to college (by an ex that was a TKE at Akron) that I would fit in as an AGD or a DG. Of course I didn't base my choices on that, but it made me interested in both and especially in joining all together. DG was the house that I was the most comfortable and that I felt I could grow more as a person. I loved the women and everything they had to offer. The organization as a whole is strong and I wanted to be apart of that.
My favorite person upon joining I would have to say was a woman named Kristi. She preffed me and is still one of my very good friends. She was always very sweet and was a great support during my new member period and throughout my membership. I will always appreciate her!
