Actually, I do. When I was little I used to love to eat squirrel. My daddy would go squirrel hunting and my grandma would use it to make biscuits & squirrel meat gravy. Mmmm it was my favorite meal!
Although, somewhere along the lines I figured out what I was eating and I haven't had it in about 20 years.
It tastes very....gamey. That's the only thing I've eaten other than chicken, turkey, or beef (never had deer or lamb) so I can't really describe it to you I guess. But it's kinda' slimy too...depending on how you cook it.
ETA: Actually, Russ, that story made me very sad. It made me think of my grandma. She's not doing too well right now - they don't think she's going to live through the summer.
She's 91.
