What an amusing thread!
I've been in my car, waiting for the "idiot" in the parked car to finish whatever task they started in the time between closing the cardoor and putting the car in reverse. (I especially hate when he/she has the car in reverse for several minute before actually vacating the spot!!) I think that's universal. I think getting out and yelling at the other driver is an anger management issue in any city or state!
