Who cares if you like the guy/girl or not? It's a respect issue.

However, I've seen some flags that look like they cannot be lowered. I duno if that's possible or not.

My dad and I tried for abotu 10 minutes to get our flags down (American of course, and an Italian business isn't Italian without the Italian flag). Our key was stuck and almost didn't make it. So I kinda understand that maybe there are other things for why it's not lowered.
