I actually wasn't referring to you as "unaware", though re-reading my post I see how it could be read that way. I was just saying I would have been mad if someone was talking on their phone in the car if there weren't any spots open.
The unaware people I was referring to were the ones who don't move into the subway cars, the people who stand in front of the turnstiles digging for their Metrocard etc etc. You know,
