Again, I can't speak for other HBGLO's because I dont' know their requirements for membership. For Zeta, being a Christian is not a requirement for membership, so I think that we need to be supportive of all faiths. In reality though, the Sorority is composed of mostly Christian women, and as anything in where there is a majority, the marjority don't always think to take the feelings of others into consideration. Especially in religious issues, where many folks have never been exposed to any faith or even denomination other than their own. Therefore, it may be hard for them to say a prayer without invoking the name of Jesus Christ for example. However, educating our Sorors on other faiths in important if we want our Sorors of other faiths to be comfortable in the organization.
