I am I am!!! I just got my MSW and I am being promoted within my agency. My first day is Monday June 14th. I am excited because I am going to make twice as much money and it is a mostly *fieldwork* position so I can plan my days how I want. I was offered some therapist positions in our outpatient mental health clinic and also at a hospital, but I don't want to be inside all day waiting for the client to come to me, and also, in those kinds of positions, you can't really do any referral/case management stuff for clients in severe need because as a therapist "you're primarily there to listen". I am also using this position as a "stepping stone". I hopefully one day will become a Director in this or a similar program
