Anyway drugs shouldn't be a crutch and shouldn't be an all the time thing. Also it beats drinking a ton of calories every time you pick up alcohol. Rudey inadvertantly brought up a good point- doesn't it somewhat depend on your exposure to drugs in the first place? Coke, XTC, and weed were SO prevalent among high schoolers in my area... I don't even bat an eye when I see it anymore. And in hs, everyone, from the kids in band to the cheerleaders to the goths, everyone smoked pot.
Maybe that's why I know it's possible to use it recreationally w/out it destroying your life...and I also know what to look for in a person, if they have a personality that would lend itself to substance abuse.
