) Whenever I see a passel of high school kids come in to work my first thought is, "Oh isht, I'm going to have to make 15 billion frozen drinks and they're all going to ask for them as 'frappucinos' instead of 'blended lattes' and then look at me funny when I say,'We don't have frappucinos'." I never want to hear or see the word FRAPPUCINO ever again. Never ever ever.
