I highly doubt they would know the sex either right now (or at least be reporting it), but there are ways to tell this early on in a pregnancy.
And I still can't believe they're telling everyone at 9 weeks. There are too many things that could happen this early on, especially with twins. Hell, when I get pg, Mr. ISUKappa and I are definitely not alerting the national media until well after 12 weeks!

True, but most people, who don't have Julia Roberts kind of money, have to wait until the sex organs are formed before they can discover the sex of their child which doesn't occur until the 2nd trimester, that was my point.
