We used to have a party called "Champagne Jam," like the song from the 1970s. Probably won't make any sense now, though.
Maybe incorporate your name with that of a particular brand - like "PsiU Jouet" instead of Perrier Jouet. Or "Dom PsiUpsilon."
Any concerns about liability or the focus on a particular alcoholic beverage? I think that's why we stopped having that party.
