Honestly I think it has to do with the parents. SO many people have kids these days that shouldn't. My mom is a retired elementary school teacher and some of the stories she told were horrendous. This weekend she actually re-told a story of a mother who never had time for basic things for her kid. You know how in elementary school kids bring in cupcakes and stuff for birthday parties? This one kid's mother sent in a box of cake mix and icing and wrote a note to my mom "bake cupcakes with the class for __________ birthday". I don't like many young children these days because of the way they are raised. I don't think I could really work with kids even though I am a Social Worker. I prefer working with adults, even though a lot of them can be worse then children sometimes.
