I always get the hand-me-down cars that suck that keep dying on me My parents don't understand how I've gone through 3 cars, but with the money they've spent, they could have gotten something nice.

*1988 Pontiac Grand Prix-- I got "Pepper" when I was 15. She was maroon and had all the features for 1988. But her windows fell out when I rolled them back up, so I couldn't go to a drive-through. Her AC stopped working the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of college, and she died a week before I went back to school. At the end of my street. At midnight.

*1992 Mercury Sable Wagon-- This car was my mom's, but she gave it to me because the AC broke and she couldn't deal without AC. Apparently I could It had leather seats, and it was hell in the summer. It drove well, though. It died this summer right after someone hit Mom while she was driving Dad's car and totalled that one. Mom and Dad both got new cars.

*1995 Dodge Intrepid-- "Irma" was Mom's car til her wreck. Then Mom decided she needed an SUV, so again I got the hand-me-down. She has over 111,000 miles and no special features. She's on her last legs and about to die. She's a boat and impossible to park. I'm now looking for a job so I can buy a CR-V, XTerra, or my dream car, a Nissan Pathfinder
