1) Do you have mass transit where you live, and what type?
Yes, the metro and buses.
2) Does it get you where you need to go?
For the most part.
3) Does it run frequently?
The metro runs about every 5 minutes during the week and about 10 mins on the weekends. The buses are all different.
4) Is the ridership composed of all classes of people? If not, is there a stigma for people who use it?
Pretty much everyone uses the metro, no stigma there. Less people use the bus system, but I don't think there's really a stigma to using it.
5) Is it clean and safe?
The metro stations and trains are very clean. Buses are clean too. I've taken both means of transportation by myself and have never been scared.
