I agree with the concerns already stated above. I think my view of the matter is that the names should have been legitimately collected through us, either as our names/friend's names, etc, or by when we personally contact them and state this is what we are doing, then saying it is posted on a public forum and then asking them if they are all right with this.
Personally, I think people can check out bid histories and can find out a certain GLO in any case (in my case, I've only bid on ADPi merchandise, because I don't have a need to buy for anyone else at this time in another organization besides my own). I, too have been concerned about collectors making up a name with ADPi in it and then passing themselves off as a "safe" name to use, but I think using ASUADPi's method of politely asking them if they are a sister and what chapter and university they went to is a smart way of protecting ourselves. It isn't *impossible* to find out the information, but it isn't exactly lickety-split easy, either.
I love having Pride Online as a resource, but I tend to forget my login information and rarely check the boards there, because sometimes I find it hard to navigate around the site.
Whatever is decided, I'll support 100%, but it's kind of nice to have the list readily available here if I'm checking ebay rather than logging in to PO.
