Barq's is about the size of a beagle with shepherd and beagle markings, etc. Barq's thinks he's my 3rd son! He is smart and will even put his toys away sometimes. Spoiled rotten . . . but aren't they supposed to be?!?

Did you train him at all? I'm trying to figure out what to do with my boy. He has finished his puppy classes and now we're onto clicker training. He's between 8 and 12 weeks old (supposedly-though no one really knows!). He's responding marvelously but he's pissing me off a little. I'm trying to keep him from being food and toy protective and the advice given to me was to put my hand in his food dish while he's eating and to touch his toys while he's playing with them. Everything was going ok until today when my neighbor gave him a big ole rib she was grilling outside that had fallen on the ground. I was messing around and pretended that I was going to take it and my pup flipped out. You know that freaky snarly growl that puppies do? Well, I got that. Of course, the bone got taken away for that!!!! He's so baaaad!
