I agree Soror Moderator ZetaAce...most often, the issue begins between two or more individuals of the respective organizations that then becomes an issue between the organizations.
Therefore, the impetus is on us to teach our members that while it is impertive to have "'hood" for each other, it is even more critical that we first identify the cause of the problem...is it an organizational issues, or it is a personal problem that would best be solved outside the realm of the organization? Most times the answer is the latter, and it is best if the organzation maintain a respectable distance.
