Crunches?

Is there an alternative? I am working on the fat factor so that ab work will actually look fruitful. I am doing pretty good with my progress so far. I do have days where I need to tighten up the program to stay on track.

What are some of your favorite and/or most result yeilding exercies?
Especially for abs, hips, thighs, and backside?
