Drinking out of one of the sports bottles helps me immensely as well...I used to hate water, but I found that I drank more if I used a sports bottle or straw than a glass.
I also drink carbonated water too (like Calistoga, San Pelligreno, Perrier or Crystal Geyser) when I just get tired of non-carb water. Does anyone know if there is a measurable difference between carbonated and non-carbonated in terms of health benefits?
