Interesting topic- I've been trying to lose some pounds myself. I love food so I have to workout all the time. I have a gym membership that I use religiously since I pay good $$$ for it. (Nothing to motivate you like losing dollars, lol!!) I don't have a set workout program, I do everything from kick boxing to ballet to just simply getting on the treadmill. A lot of times it depends on what my stress level is and how much time I actually have). My gym (Gold's) has a lot of different machines/classes so it's a great place to workout.

Water is definitely vital. I made a deal with myself that I couldn't drink anything with 'taste' until I have my 8 glasses of water. It was really hard at first but now I guzzle water like crazy. I've noticed that my skin is a lot healthier now too.
