Jeez, I am trying to trim down too! I really don't need to loose any weight - I am already a size 5 and pretty happy with that. I just need to tone up. I think any of the little extra fat I might have will easily disappear if I just work out enough. I have a hard time finding diets becuase I eat a whole lot of ethnic food, and there aren't that many diets tailored to Asian and Latino foods.
However, my main focus is my stomach. It just seems like no matter how many crunches I do, it never gets any tighter!! It's driving me insane! Have any of you found anything that truly works??
