Drink a breakfast drink for breakfast; make sure it's something that'll coat your stomach. eat nothing but rice and frozen vegetables(BOILED) for lunch and dinner. Try that for three weeks, and you'll notice a BIG difference in your stomach, your skin, and your thinking.
