Hello Ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.!
Just stopped in for a hot second. I just wanted to share my weight loss efforts with you. I have lost 10 pounds since January first.
I spend an hour on my treadmill five times a week and I try to eat three low fat meals each day. I have tried to cut out a lot of my snacking which is a big problem for me. It is a lot of work but I am determined. I feel so good and I haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg. I have a long way to go.
I have lost weight before and gained it back. My main problem is staying motivated. Anyone have advice on how to do that?
