His book arrived yesterday and I started reading it of course. I found something really interesting that he stated. He of course doesn't believe that he is gay. He stated that on Oprah, and he states in his book, but something made me think and agree that ole boy is really confused. Now a lot of people believe that men are born gay, and that there is nothing that they can do about this once they start acting on it. In J.L.'s book he said that he has always had an attraction for men, but didn't act on it, until he was turned out by his first lover. My thing is this......isn't that a statment that you hear from a lot of gay men. I'm not understanding how you can have sex with the same sex and not think that this is not a gay tendacy. I'm only up to chapter 8, but you can tell that even now he is still very confused.
