I, too, am glad that Terri and Damon got married. I am an admitted hoper of happily ever after forever.

Anyway did you all hear when Terri made her toast, she said NIECES and NEPHEW!!! I was like lawd she forgot about Jeremiah.

I fell out when Ahmad mentioned his acne. I was like boo, I know it's hard. It's even harder watching them. Then when Bird touched his face

I was AS HAYLE when I saw what they did to Lem's store.

You know what my favorite part of Soul Food has been? Watching Terri become friends with Lem.

I started crying once the sisters sat together in the kitchen and talked.

Oh and how dare Lem and Bird get freaky LIKE DAT on Mother Joe's table?!?!?!

Mario Van Peebles has been looking like a dirty sex object for years since after New Jack City.

I wish Terri had stayed in Chicago to make it more believable that she comes to every Sunday dinner.

Oh and it was definitely like Stardusttwin stated in terms of why SF's finale was not as heavily touted. It was OUR show and we will miss it.

It's soooooooooo hard to say goodbyyyyyyyyye to Soul Food!!

Oh but I join the toast.
To the Soul Food cast and crew: Thanks for telling a story that I loved and that showed love and triumph within a Black family. Thanks for telling a story that showed Black men and women loving each other and fighting to stay together through thick and thin. Thank you for the soundtrack. Just thank you for a job well done. It was long overdue for a story like this. I love yall and will miss yall. Please please please come back.

Bittersweet memories, la la la la. . . (drawing a blank)
Adding to this wonderful list:

LMBO when Terri fired the receptionist at the Georgia office and it took a while b/4 homegirl realized what was happening to her.

When Lem started crying in the store, I felt sooooo bad for him.

Something to add to my birthday or christmas list - the Soul Food DVD collection.
