I have spent the past 6 months working with a personal trainer and that has helped me a lot. I have lost weight, got rid of excess fat and water, lowered by blood pressure, and toning up. I do take supplements and have a meal plan that is tailored around what I like to eat. I have tried diet after diet, but end up hungry and don't stick with it and I think it is mostly because we want results fast. That is something I have come to terms with and give myself realistic goals and timeframe. If you drop 10 pounds in a week...watch out, because you are going to gain 20 quicker.
