100 Years Ago This Week
You wonder if those 11 young women could concentrate on their classes, or even sleep this week!
Did they make their plans saying, "On May 30 we will officially become Alpha Gamma Delta"? Or had they been meeting weekly and realized on May 30, "It's time!"
Was May 30 a national holiday in 1904? When did colleges have finals? What did coeds do during the summer? (Before summer jobs, internships, or summer school.)
